Owner and Occupational Therapist
Maclaine Hanvey, OTR/L, OTD
Maclaine is a co-owner and Occupational Therapist at Empower All Pediatric Therapy, LLC. She was born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina and attended Clemson University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science in 2021 along with a minor in psychology.

Maclaine moved to Charleston in 2021 to attend the Medical University of South Carolina. She graduated in 2024, earning her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Maclaine’s training included work in the transplant ICU at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, as well as outpatient pediatrics in Greenville, South Carolina. Her doctoral capstone project focused on occupational therapy services within the school setting.
Maclaine has experience providing occupational therapy services within the natural environment (in-homes and daycares), supporting many diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Feeding Difficulties, and Executive Functioning Disorder. She currently services Summerville, Ladson, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Moncks Corner, Jedburg, Ridgeville.
In her free time, Maclaine enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her dog Brewer and two cats, Pip and Lola!

Owner and Occupational Therapist
Jaeger Parsons, OTR/L, OTD
Jaeger is a co-owner and Occupational Therapist at Empower All Pediatric Therapy, LLC. She was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC Chapel Hill.

In 2021, Jaeger moved to Charleston, SC, to attend the Medical University of South Carolina, where she earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree. During her training, she gained hands-on experience in outpatient pediatrics and in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital. Jaeger also spent time training at MUSC main hospital in various ICUs, neurology and orthopedic floors. Jaeger's doctoral capstone projects focused on the benefits of developmentally supportive positioning of preterm infants in the NICU.

Jaeger has experience providing pediatric home-based therapy services for children from birth through age 18, supporting a wide range of needs, including prematurity, developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Sensory Processing Disorder, and ADHD. She is passionate about meeting children where they are and helping families feel confident, supported, and empowered in their child’s development. Jaeger currently services West Ashley, Downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Daniel Island, James Island, and Hanahan.

Outside of work, Jaeger enjoys cooking, running, weightlifting, and reading!
